Delete Your Hꜣw Account

Effective date: October 2, 2026

If you can sign in to the app, the fastest path is Settings > Danger Zone > Delete account. You can also request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion by email, contact jaralephillips@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Hꜣw account whenever possible.

Please include:

the account email address or sign-in provider you used;
your display name or handle, if you created one;
the platform you use, such as Android, iOS, or web;
a short statement that you want your Hꜣw account deleted.

Do not send your password, private keys, or payment information.

What We Delete

When deletion is completed, we delete or de-identify your account sign-in record and account-backed Hꜣw data, including profile details, calendar events, flows, reminders, journal and reflection content, nutrition entries, push tokens, app restoration records, and account settings where those records are associated with your account.

Completed account deletion also removes active Google calendar connections, stored access credentials, and imported event copies. It does not delete the original events in Google Calendar. You can remove Google's app authorization separately in your Google Account connections.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, audit logs, or to preserve another user's copy of content you shared with them. Deleted content may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before those backups are overwritten.

Processing Window

In-app deletion begins immediately after you confirm the request. Email requests are reviewed and usually processed within 30 days after we verify that the request came from the account owner or an authorized requester.
